Terms and Conditions

• Last appointment at 21:00 would be available for the 60 mins treatment. 
• Every treatment have to make the reservation and please be punctual, If there is a delay, it will be compressed to the treatment time
• Please arrive at the SPA center 10 minutes before the appointment time so that the service staff can confirm the treatment content and introduction with you
• Dressing, bathing and refreshment breaks are not included in all treatment times, please prepare an additional 30 minutes (Private use of the room is limited to 15 minutes after the treatment)
• Body and leg treatments include whole body relaxation and head relief
• If you have any health problems, allergies or injuries that may affect the treatment, please inform the therapist before the treatment
• Remind you that the hotel does not accept treatment after drinking
• In order to maintain the quality of service in the aromatherapy space, it is not possible to accommodate guests under the age of 16
