Enjoy low exclusive discount Flexible Rate while flying Internationally via SkyTeam Alliance. Offer is valid within two nights, up to two days prior the flight departure or two nights upon arrival in Taiwan. Flight documentations with ticket number must be provide upon check-in. The hotel reserve the right to do any changes/cancellation at anytime without prior notice.
Booking hotel rooms through the official website with tickets from the SkyTeam Alliance, check in with either electronic or physical tickets to enjoy a 12% discount on the regular room rates for all room types. Additionally, a 10% service fee will be applied. If your journey involves two flight segments, using a SkyTeam Alliance member airline for at least one segment entering or exiting Taiwan qualifies for this discount. (Note: Failure to present electronic or physical tickets during check-in will result in calculation based on the best available room rate on that day).
This offer does not include breakfast, but guests can choose to purchase breakfast online or at the check-in counter for NTD$440 per person (including service charge).

Hotel must be informed of the cancellation no later than 18:00pm one day prior to arrival. If guest fails to inform the hotel of the cancellation or check-in, the hotel will charge one night accommodation fee from the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation.
In case of natural disasters or irresistible factors (such as traffic disruption caused by earthquakes or typhoon warnings issued by the Central Meteorological Bureau), if you need to cancel the reservation, Novotel Taipei Taoyuan International Airport accepts the extension or cancellation of the reservation.
